Please check all merchandise IMMEDIATELY upon arrival for any exposed or concealed damage. If wine racks are noticeably damaged, please refuse shipment and mark the bill of lading "refused due to damage". CONCEALED Damage: If a package is signed for as in good condition on the BOL, responsibility of costs associated with return or repair and reshipment of item belongs to the consignee if no notation is made on the BOL of damage to packaging. This excludes manufacturer defects. Questions regarding concealed damage shipments, repair or replacement, should be directed to Grace Manufacturing immediately upon receiving shipment. You must retain the original packing for any damage inspection - Note Any Damage to Box on Bill of Lading. 

Shipping: We have been in business for over 30 years so you can count on top quality, value, good service and prompt delivery. All is carefully packed in a heavy duty, double wall  kraft corrugated carton to insure damage free product. The merchandise is shipped via Standard Ground Service (Fed Ex or UPS).   Call for a freight quote. No shipping service is offered to any other countries.

Packaging: Some of the carriers can be rough on packages. We all have had experiences with patiently waiting for a mail order or online order only to find it damaged upon arrival. We take every precautionary measure to pack your orders  very well in a heavy weight container with sufficient padding to insure a safe ride to your business regardless of the color of the truck.

Notice Important:
Freight Truck Deliveries: Even if the box is damaged but the contents appears okay, you should have the driver make a notation on the receivers sheet before you sign for it. Once the box is signed for without the notation of damage  there is little we can do, if the contents of your package is actually damaged.
