Customer's Own Material - Special Order Fabric Choices
We offer a C.O.M. (Customers's Own Material ) option on all of our upholstered seating products. On most standard products, it will take approximately one yard of fabric to custom cover 2 chair or stool seats. The larger items will take a little more , up to 1 full yard per item.  Larger items include benches, large spectator stools, love seats, settees and stools with upholstered backs . To order with your own material, you must specify COM in advance in writing on your order. Send the fabric to our plant (Address Below) attn: Upholstery Department. We will not begin production on your seating items until we receive your special order fabric in advance. This is to avoid long production delays while we wait for fabric to arrive. You can expect normal lead time once we receive your fabric yardage.  There is a small service charge for COM orders.

Grace Mfg. Co. Inc. is metal and wrought iron furniture manufacturing company located in the the NW corner of Ga. in the town of Rome. Our accessories division , The Grace Collection, imports and distributes unique home accents and accessories for the home. We manufacture band store display fixtures. Our line also includes kitchen counters stools, hanging potracks for the kitchen and bistro sets in a variety of styles from whimsical to neoclassic and traditional. Our potracks are a favorite with gourmet stores.The company has been in business for over 25 years and we employ skilled artisans and craftsmen. Aside from having some state of the art manufacturing equipment we still assemble and finish our product by hand. Many of our items are hand made or hand painted and very unique. We have gained a reputation for implementing unique ideas to traditional products.
