Another Grace Shipment Leaves Via Southeastern Freight Lines

Southeastern provides our customers with the best Cost / Service options available and we recommend them when ever possible. All of our drivers are very helpful and provide us with a top level of service.

Roadway and SAIA also provide excellent Service for all points within the Continental US. All small parcel shipments are routed through FED EX Ground, DHL and UPS.

We have some great drivers and great carriers. Our routing dept. works very hard to obtain the best rates and quality service for all Grace customers. We have 6-7 carriers from which to choose depending on order size and destination. Feel free to call us with any questions regarding freight.

* Freight carriers provide Curbside Delivery Only. Inside delivery and setup ARE NOT included. Some carriers do provide this service for an additional fee. Please inquire in advance about these special services

Note: Common Carrier Freight charges will always be Collect by carrier on delivery unless you prearrange a prepaid shipment. Any shipment that we must pay the freight on in advance will carry a processing service charge.

Please check all merchandise IMMEDIATELY upon arrival for any exposed or concealed damage. If noticeably damaged, please refuse shipment and mark the bill of lading "refused due to damage". CONCEALED Damage: If a package is signed for as in good condition on the BOL, responsibility of costs associated with return or repair and reshipment of item belongs to the consignee if no notation is made on the BOL of damage to packaging. This excludes manufacturer defects. Questions regarding concealed damage shipments, repair or replacement, should be directed to Grace Manufacturing immediately upon receiving shipment. You must retain the original packing for any damage inspection - Note Any Damage to Box on Bill of Lading.

Returned Freight: Items returned for refund or exchange will be at customers expense

Notice Important:
Freight Truck Deliveries: Even if the box is damaged but the contents appears okay, you should have the driver make a notation on the receivers sheet before you sign for it. Once the box is signed for without the notation of damage there is little we can do, if the contents of your package is actually damaged.
